Why Porch PETicures you ask?

Brandi & I had a wonderful time interviewing with Rebecca LeClair from Channel 10 NBC talking about Maxim Spa and Salons Porch PETicures. Why are we hosting this event? Maxim Spa and Salon holds a few annual fundraising events, we wanted to add something new, with a twist, that would directly impact our community. Animals have such a special place in the hearts of not only us as owners but our staff and many of our clients as well. Our porch has such a draw from late spring to early fall, people come for relaxation & to watch Park Ave happen. Why not combine the two things? This Wednesday through Saturday we will be hosting a fundraiser for Verona Street Animal Society (VSAS). For every Porch Pedicure we provide we will donate 10% to VSAS, uping that to 15% with the addition of our FREE puppy paw nail art. The staff at Maxim are so excited to provide these services all while helping a great local cause!! A Porch Pedicure for you to end the summer with. For your 4 legged friend; dog treats, toe nail polish if you choose, brushing/styling & a bandana. There will be a groomer on-site Thursday for 3-8 provideing FREE nail trimming for dogs, no service required although even the smallest donation to VSAS would be wonderful. Saturday will be the last day of the event with a VSAS rep on-site with adoption information for anyone looking to provide a forever home for any of the animals at the shelter.
